妈妈做的麻齐(ma-chi)很好吃，之前每回家乡她都特地做给我们吃，尤其是新鲜出炉的，温热的花生细粒满满盛在柔软的面粉团里，带有粘性的绵绵口感里混合香脆的咬劲，顺滑送入喉咙，甜美的满腹感。我时常拿给到访的朋友尝，或带回都城送给朋友。大家都赞不绝口。这就是我记忆中最怀念的家乡味道之一，叫好又叫座，近来更因为循亲朋戚友所好而每星期做一些放在舅舅的水果店寄卖。
